Taking a plant back into veg stage? Is it possible?

how'd it start flowering?
and yeah you can but don't be shocked if it stresses out the plant or turns into a hermie.
may get lucky, may not.
take close ups of the bud production.

I was told to do 16 hours on and the rest off. So I'm assuming that's what messed it up? I'm not 100% sure.
well at least you know she's a female by the white hairs..
but either you Mis understood whoever told you the hours schedule or they don't know what they're talking about.
it should've been 18hrs on 6hrs off minimum.
24hrs is what I run for 6 weeks till flower then 12/12hrs.

Just put back on veg cycle and it will revert back to veg. Least you know its female. Plus when it reverts back to veg it may grow weird leaf formations or look odd for awhile but will bounce back...it will become a monster ;)

It will be fine. I cut clones in flower on purpose sometimes. Its called monster cropping. It makes bushy plants.

Its not even really in flower. It will go back into veg pretty quick.

Notice that in the second picture that the plant's large fan leaves aren't as wide as the pot. As the roots grow about the same speed as the greenery you can pretty well tell that your roots haven't quite "bottomed out" yet. AFTER the roots hit the inside walls of the pot you will see rapid inch-a-day vegetative growth. General rule -- don't transplant until the larger fans are wider than the pot.

If you leave the plant as is you can figure it will pretty much double in height before harvest. Height increases during flowering stage are called stretching.

If you are going to spend the time to re-veg I would do a top job on the main stem. Might as well get her as bushy as possible, eh?

Good luck, BigSteve.

i've never had a reveg herm and i've done it about 50 times. the size of the plant has absolutely nothing to do with root growth.

New to this, so what does "top Job" mean?

Many of us larger growers will administer a topping or FIM (Fuck I Missed) when the plants are putting on their first big growth spurt. Topping is s straight cut that removes the entire first bud. FIMing means don't try this while testing product. The idea is that those early top buds determine the shape of the plant. Trimming top buds makes for a bushier plant and that's a good thing imo.

Good luck, BigSteve.

Does the 3 leafs mean anything? I was told once it gets 3 leafs it's hard to bring back also?
No it's not hard to bring back. Some plants might be a little more resistant to it than others. Even different plants of the same strain. I've revegged after harvest just by leaving a few budsites.
My coolest reveg was from a mainlined plant from seed. I loved the plant and it was the best producer in it's batch. I chopped all of the colas but left budsites on the bottom of each one.
It left it on 24/0 for 10 or so days. She was starting to produce the round smooth leaves.
Popped her into 18/6 and then into gas lantern routine until she went outside.
Talk about bushy.
Rigged up a net for her for an outdoor scrog.
a 3x3 was filled up in just under 3 weeks.
Reveg is easy though. Just takes time and it depends on the plant in question.
You'll get quicker results using decent lighting.
