She says they kill elk and caribou which is bad for tourism. But is aerial hunting a "sport"? I say let these sickos fight the wolves without weapons, then maybe it's a "sport"

The Man vs. Dog idea doesn't sound half bad.. That would be some quality entertainment right there. But we all know who would win...
Missles killing children... Not sure if I'm too keen on that one.

Exactly ... Whoever says that they wouldn't like to see a guy get mauled by a dog is lying.. He wouldn't be missed either just for thinking he had a chance and entering the fight in the first place.

killing a wolf is different than killing a deer? or hunting any other animal? why be so upset about hunting wolf? because its cute and it looks like its dumber domesticated version laying on the floor next to you.

I am against hunting any animal for sport, as I feel all people should be. If you are hunting deer or moose to eat, then fine, but nobody eats wolf. The only reason they are being killed is so that there are more deer for sport hunting. Sport hunting is killing for fun, not food, and I am against that. And nobody gets to kill deer from a plane with an assault rifle. Killing of wolves has been going on for centuries. This is in fact how we got the domesticated dog. Hunters would kill the mother and take a couple of the pups back to the village to be raised. This was done for the safety of the village and to increase the food supply, not for sport.

Well I'm more against the hunting from choppers then hunting in general.. I mean come on, from a copter? shooting fish in a barrel there...
I've deer hunted before, and probably will more but I had to drag the carcass out of the woods, almost a mile and it wasn't going to the stand and watch a feeder either.

I am all for killing and eating tasty animals like most other omnivores but if your are not going to eat it and it isn't threatening to kill you... leave it be... I know that this is off the subject but it is burning me up. McCain, I am certain, knew what he was doing when he brought Sarah Palin on as his VP. The plan ws to bring in an undeniably hot * guttersnipe with an abyssmal track record and an apalling world perspective so that the 'gossip culture' that has spawned will get itself all worked up about how crazy she is so that the bigger issues go unnoticed. It seems to be working, because as much as I hate to kill wolves in such a cowardly fashion, I am seeing no discussions on a marijuana culture forum about getting a candidate who is going to make things easier on those of us who enjoy a toke-a-day or need to get our medicine within a system that doesn't backtrack and imprison or give us unrealistic restraints! The news is bristling with talk of her trashy kids with their trashy boyfriends having trashy babies, but no mention about how he is going to lock us into several conflicts that will leech our economy of its few remaining drops of vitality. Lets leave the pawns alone and take aim at the king!
Outside of saying that I would love to see Palin mauled by said wolves, I'm out to take my daily bowl!
