Is mixing sevensdust (pesticide) to kill found bugs and flys in soil a killer?

tried that and their in my growing space. Took care of the surrounding place but not to sure if it will kill the plants by spreading it in the soil.

Well been waiting for a answer on this one for a bit and cant wait cause bugs are eating it badly..... So i went ahead and mixed it in there so we will see what happens from here........

you dont find bugs in good bagged soil.
is this outdoors growing???????
