Anyone know what is considered a plant under the new rules?

I called HC myself about this. A plant must have roots. While I called, a greenhouse is considered indoor also.

A greenhouse is not considered indoors, stop spreading false information that could cause individuals to get in trouble.
To be considered indoors it has to be a permanent structure with a foundation ect...

Well I assumed quality craftsmanship would go hand and hand with growing this kind of crop. Yes a foundation is required. Didnt think you would be growing with some conduit banged into the ground with a tarp.

A green house is considered indoors. A hoop house is not a greenhouse.

People do care there's such a stigma on cannabis still and will be for a long time. Just trying to play by the "rules". Definitely nothing wrong with that but definitely happy to be able to make meds for myself legally and that's something I don't want to get taken away hence trying to follow whatever guideline HC has in place.

My question was about clones... clones have leaves. You're quote does not answer my question.

it's possible to keep unrooted cuts in the fridge for a few weeks or months even..
