Ethical question

Maybe.

It really depends on their ideas more than how they came up with them. I don't see a moral problem with refining your philosophy by using other's thoughts and ideas. It's the definition of 'study', no?
Absolutely, wich I encourage.
My first thought as another person stated was that the TOS removes any ownership of the messages you post once they are sent to the site.

So, it is not an ethical question at all. You post stuff here and the site owners can use it as they see fit.

If you want to change the scenario then maybe there is room for discussion.

This scenario doesn't include site owners/operators, this would be any other member. Would this change how you interacted with them if you knew you might be their guinnea pig?

As members here most all of us share our thoughts, ideas and arguments knowing they could be be shared or used somewhere else, by someone else and possibly even in another format I.e. a series post
Combined to make an argument, a speech or a lecture.

Do you think it would it be morrally wrong for, let's say a professor to gather peoples' personal thoughts or knowelege from a forum and use it In a class or a lecture, without those peoples' permission?
First you would have to actually say something worth repeating, which is unlikely given your track record here.

No. Stooge. It all belongs to RIU. Permission to reprint would have to come from them.

This is another reason I wanted to talk about this, as the tos may be interpretated differently by some members that others.

If this indeed violated tos, do you think said member should be banned?

No. I know full well that it is my responsibility for the amount of information I choose to share here. Once I post it, I expect it to be used against me in a variety of ways.

Until I was legal I didnt disclose certain things because I didnt want UB or his cronies trying to mess with me in real life for having a differing opinion.

That goes far above and beyond snitching IMO. It is evil. And certain people here are proud of it... Sick.

So you may feel differently, depending on who it was.
This is also a no narc question, and it is not loaded. I just want honest opinions, thanks.

Nobody knows the truth but FDD and the cops. I dont believe the cops. FDD served time in prison and is serving time on parole. He has been punished.

It is in the past and enough for me.

A wise 15 year old once told me, believe none of what you hear and only 1/2 of what you see. 35 years later I have to say that he was right.

actually the guy who had to wear an ankle bracket knows, as does the guys wife.
ask @fdd2blk
why he does not sue the newspaper for saying he is an informer. Also ask him why he will run to the mods if I put a link up to the articles. Also ask him what does a pound of weed cost at informer prices
Do you have any home to inspect this week ?

You mean the guy who got caught trying to sell 35 pounds to a US Marshal?
That would be you. Mr. Ratty Rat.
Lure your friends into a trap after you get busted. Fucking Snitch.
Had your buddy force to wear a ankle bracelet and your wife begging men for money.
I hope she did not have to do any thing strange for a little bit of change
