Hey guys, this harvest I'm looking for big yields rather than specific tastes etc.. Not a straight up big bud but you know.

HSO: I was reading that BLUE DREAM gives off bomb yields, thoughts on this strain?

BLACK D.O.G. looks totally bomb, and read good reviews. 3 seeds for 24$ sounds good as well.

Also looking at Purple TrainWreck, very interested.

Always a fav Humboldt Blue Dream...I got some freebies and my next scrog is going to be HSO Blue Dream, Barney Red Diesel and Nirvana Blackjack.

Blue Dream out yields Black D.O.G. by far, in my limited experience [ 2 of each ], but the dog's smoke is 3 times as good. HSO BD was weak sauce, and lots of it. FS Lemon Kush yielded a ton, and is dirt cheap.

One big yielder that I never see mentioned is Kolossus [fem] from Sannies. Big yields of B grade, and cheap. I've gotten + yields from every RP / DNA strain I've ran, the biggest was Tangielope, but it wasn't the best smoke.

Lol ya those lemon Kush seeds are like 3.50 for Fems. The blue dream ended up not being very strong? Any pictures of anything you wouldn't mind showing? Reserva Privada n such

My pheno of blue dream is not weak sauce but not the flavor I want. The high is a racy sativa high and gets you good. In fact I'm smoking it now and got a good buzz going. Here's a little bud shot.og.jpg
I also just did the sour kosher as well and she is a little more powerful than the blue dream. The sour kosher has a wonderful fruit candy smell and a fruity kush flavor.
A better looking plant and more potent than the hso blue dream.

You are better off looking for a good cut of Blue Dream. The cut I obtained is superb and have never seen anyone who grew from seed come close. I have found HSO Bubba Kush to be a potent big yield plant. Kept mine for four years now. Tried HSO Green Crack with good success, but does not yield quite as much.

I can't get any cuts you know what I mean. You got the bubba Kush as seed? We're yields good? Any other suggestions?

I've grown RP purple og, it's og18 x purple timewreck. It was a nice plant, but i had some germination issues so only had one plant and kept it around a few runs.

I flowered them out small but something like couple ounces a piece and the 5th element I had at same time hit closer to 4 ounces on it's own. I'm flowering clones of both the sour kosher and the blue dream that are much larger so will be a better yield. I'll update in a month and a half.

Yield were very good from Bubba Kush seed. a bit of variety in the five I popped, but got one really big (and strong) one. All were potent, but the big one was the best.

I'd stay away from HSO. This entire organisation is fake. They're African immigrants in Spain pretending to be Californians. All of their strains are bullshit. That's why they have seeds of all those clone only strains. That's why you get a racy Blue Dream when Blue Dream is never racy.


They have no affiliation whatsoever to anything American or Californian. They just falsely advertise that. I don't understand why people keep buying seeds from a company that can't even be honest about where it is.

You'll get viable seeds. You'll get vigorous growth. You'll get decent yields. You will not get whatever it is you think you bought. You will get some bullshit that is a bit like what you wanted, but that wasn't worth more than a few dollars.

You're getting a fake. It's like buying a fake watch, except you're paying full price. The watch looks just as great, but it is not.

If you read their descriptions they make it "sound like" they have the genetics from the original UMASS Sour D and the original Chemdawg.

for example: Chemdawg is a cannabis seed that stems from the original line devised by its creator, as it is the result of the original Chem 91 elite clone.

really? what does STEMS FROM mean?
THE RESULT OF THE ORIGINAL? Does that really mean we took a clone flipped to male and pollenated itself? Or does it mean they cross bred an original 91 clone 120 times.

I wished it were all truth

My limited experience with HSO Blue Dream and Bubba Kush has been a fairly good one.
Grew out one of each in 100 gal no tills in my GH. Got a couple elbows from each of quality bud.
The BD produced the biggest buds I've grown. High wise this particular plant leans heavier toward
the blueberry at the finish vs a couple santa cruz cuts I've grown before. I like the buzz from the cuts better, HSO yield was more than double that of the clones. The Bubba is absolutely killer.
