It's only because the Christian right feels they are mandated in the Bible to protect Isreal , simply because revealtion said Israel would become a nation again before the return of Jesus,
But what the right wing fails to recognize is that God does not need thier help to accomplish his goals , to many of them are trying to play God
If God was taken out of the equation the n none of this makes sense
They all fighting over the Temple Mount as the Bible also says solumuns temple will be rebuilt so the Jew believe they have the right to the property and of course there is the dome of the rock sitting there

They all need to fuck off with their crazy.

We should bomb the site in question (notify them in advance so they have time to leave) that'd solve that once and for all.

this is not half bad advice,, because really It all boils down to a small section of land, that contains a big ass rock, for the muslims is the rock muhhamed rose to heaven from,, and for the jews, its the corner stone for thier temple, and for christians, they want to see the temple rebuilt also to full fill revealtions, But its what it ALL comes down too, the Jews feel they are bieng called "home" to thier promissed land, but the muslims feel they own this place, and in many ways they currently do, they hold power over the temple mount site, and they let very few in,, this is why the jews have to pray at the whaling wall,, its as close as th ey can get to thier most holy place,, they all feel its "thiers",
This All boils down to a rock and section of dirt, the whole place is built around it,

In future if two sides are involved in a conflict over something, we should bomb the shit out of whatever they're arguing over...

AND it might even have the bonus of both sides agreeing to work together to prevent it's destruction.

Well then, help me out here.

What I'm trying to say is that Israel has a right to exist, as does everyone who lives there to be treated fairly and equally by Israel. Or Palestine. Or whatever it ends up being called. Having the right to call it Israel does not confer the right to persecute people. The human rights violations stand on their own, the apertheid system IS the problem.

Right, so you're judging someone based on their sexual interests. All that does is expose you as pretending to be progressive

I honestly couldn't care less what anyone thinks about me, and likewise, I couldn't care less about the sexual interests of anyone else. It's none of my business. Conservatives look to meddle in the personal lives of other people, that seems to be more and more common with people in your clique since you can't argue substance (just like Hillary Clinton couldn't) so you resort to personal attacks and identity politics

His point is still valid; exactly who gave YOU the right to sit in judgement of his or anyone else's sexuality? As long as everybody likes what's going on and no one gets hurt, how is it any of your business?
