Phatkix.... That is a very healthly looking plant. Those crowning buds look great for only two weeks. Will you have to tie up branches soon ? What strain is she ?

the branches are getting quite top heavy, maybe in a week or so i will have to tie them up. i'm not sure the actual name of the strain but it has been a local favorite for over 5 years now. my friends and i gave it the name zingo which it has kept throughout the city :) it has a very strong lemony soapy taste to it and is very distinctive. i wish i knew the actual name.....

phatkix I've seen that you promote rock phosphate usage; do you top dress or make tea with it? If you make tea can you give your recipe.

phatkix I've seen that you promote rock phosphate usage; do you top dress or make tea with it? If you make tea can you give your recipe.
aside from a nice rich soil i used High N bat guano, alaska fish fert and molasses blended into a tea and bubbled. i gave a very thin top dress of alfalfa meal every 2-3 weeks. for flower i use two teas and rotate, my plant is very thirsty. i use molasses, alaska fish, and alaska more bloom. the second tea gets liquid seaweed emulsion, high P bat guano, bmo spt and rock phosphate.

i mix my tea 3 gallons at a time in a 5 gallon bucket, this gives me room for stirring and bubbling without splooshing stink all over. i use the suggested amounts on the labels and mix my rock phosphate at 1 tablespoon per 3 gallons and molasses at 1 tablespoon per gallon.

i also use fish tank ph test strips to make sure the levels are not toooo harsh.

and i forgot i always let my water sit out for a day to let all of the chlorine evaporate.

Phatkix.... Take a cheap box fan, sit it in front of your plant & turn it on the medium speed setting. Those little bastards can't hang on forever and can't fly into a good head wind. Cheap, chemical free elimination....... Cheap Fly strips, strung around your plant, also help.....
.
Hope this helps....

i managed to hold off and fight the bugs, my total dried harvest is just over a quater pound. thats pretty solid from one plant. it has killer flavor and crystals all over. organic takes the taste award time after time in my books.

Phatkix.... Glad to hear you beat the bugs. A quarter pound (dry) per soil grown, all Organic plant, is right on the benchmark. Success is yours and Organic Buds are Best !!!

Oh, I read a great thread on Subcool's (sub-forum) call Canopy Management the other night. The info is real solid, give it a look. I think you'll like it, I did.
