First time blueberry kush grower

Hi everyone. I'm a first time grower from Nigeria, West Africa. I've got 3 blueberry kush plants about a week and a half old. I'm vegging them in coco coir under 6 40watt 6400k cfl by lights. Temps are btw 24C and 27C I've been feeding them with a 6.0 ph nutrient solution once a day every other day (2ml of floranova grow in 4 litres of borehole water at 65ppm before nuts). I also water them with ordinary water (ph 6.0) every other day. At 12 days old began to notice some brownish coloration on the side of the leaves of one plant and on the tip of another. I assumed was attributed to nutrient burn or over feeding. but then the leaves also have this 3D look on their surface. They seem to have grooves along their veins and also the top of the stem (btw the top of the plant and the first and only node) seem to be a bit purple. I need advice on what could be wrong. I'm desperate cos i already lost 5 strawberry kush seedlings in a seprate location (due to high ph solution). Cant afford to loose these ladies. IMG_0682.JPG IMG_0685.JPGIMG_0683.JPG

use less feed i would think. looks like a minor burn. plant looks very healthy otherwise. maybe go a watering or two without feed.

@iHearAll thanks for the info. How much nute (ml per gallon) do you think will be sufficient for my seedlings? I added 2ml cos I thought the plants might starve since coco carries no natural nutes.
@Chef420 thanks a lot. I feel at home already.
@throwdo i sure they taste good too. Chose this strain cos of the sweet smell. Stealth is a major concern since I'm growing in my closet.

cant help there. always been a diy-ist. so i brew my own extracts for nutrients. whole different ball game

Really don't need nutes at all at this age. The cotyledons (small round first set of leaves) feed them until, usually, around 2-3 sets of real leaves have grown.
Since you are using pumped water, I would assume it may not have a lot of the calcium that a lot of tap water has so if any nutes at this age were to be used at all.. Maybe a few drops of a cal mag supplement, maybe a touch of hudroguard, and ONLY if it started looking a less lush green color, would I add minor veg nutes I would try to keep your ppm below 100 at this age regardless.

I'm growing in coco. I had to feed them a very light concentration of nutes and magne-cal. My ppm is below 100. So after watering with ordinary water for 2 consecutive days I feed the plants today with my new nute solution of PH 5.5. When i checked the PH of my run-off, it was 7.0. What does dis mean? I already flush them five days ago with ordinary water of PH 5.5. What am I supposed to do now. I'm really confused.

Hey growers!

I just thought I should post another update of my ladies. They seem really happy now. Although I noticed they're not as green as they should be. I've decided to switch from feeding every 3 days to every 2 days now. I guess they should be able to withstand the nute solution now that they have more leaves. They're 3 weeks old now.

I have a quick question though, I use floravova grow nute. After mixing my nute solution, for how long can I keep it without it loosing its quality. Or better yet how do I preserve it and how long will it last for?

Thanks guys.

Seal close it in a bucket/container with a pump running and it will be good for days even weeks tho I wouldn't recommend keeping it for more than several days to a week. Just like hydroponic reservoirs are often changed about weekly, your solution, as long as it's got a pump running, should be fine for use days later.

Unfortunately I don't have a pump right now. Anyway thanks for the idea.
