So the health Canada link states those rules are for the mmpr, not the new ammcpr or whatever it is. Is there not a current guideline?

The acronym change from the MMPR to the ACMPR was only to appease the court ruling to set up the new Regs. It did not change the SOP's of the LPs, nor was it meant to.

Well having worked for several and been an illegal and licensed grower. Sold to patients and now only grow for the family. I can say the dispensaries do NOT care about ur health ir wat happens to there product i.e. pesticides or the environment. The regulations r crazy change all the time and alot of dispensaries pay the fines instead if abiding. They ONLY care aby cash here in the u.s. for the most part.

U can believe me, say im crazy say im lying idc. Most licenses u.s. growers blow dispensary smoke out of the water. No question. Most. Some dispensaries do a good job. Almost all the prices r too high with dispensaries and they LIE about test results. I KNO I LYED FOR THEM.

Bud ive grown long enough to kno where to buy seeds. The fact that ppl think these pollen chuckers who pick on male outta 100 plants and hit all their dispensary clone bought females with and and resell that stock. Nah if thats quality anymore.

Define reputable. U can take internet reviews for wat they r worth.
Shoot the messenger. U must not grow urself and have access to dispensaries.

Uh yea they do, theres a 25 mile rule out here where if u live within 25 miles of a dispensary, u cant grow period. I had angry ppl walkin in yellin abt how.they bought abuncha grow stuff to help grow their.own, vets, cancer patients but they cant.

No im sorry ur lp cant grow.and our dispensaries use corporate power to overthrow little business, and use pesticide fungicide and improper waste disposal which everyone assums lps do.

In a fairness Canada and the u.s. r much different in this department. The licensed people r way better than dispensaries, al they want is ppl buyin it like.McDonald's.

Many of the dispensaries grow there own in warehouse grows. Some import but dont report where they got it. Technically u cant even "buy" smoke here or in many places ita a "donation" because buyinf would be technically illegal.

So with the regulations set by government dispensaries have a hard time competing
