hey


filing the LLC today .....this way i can write off some of the expense of moving

i need a description of what i am going to do ( no worries filing on state lvl not federal) ...in oregon

i am a cannabis farmer and oil extraction

i need something i can put in there other then that but is that ........if i can word it right i can get a federal tax id attached to the account making it simpler for me later ( yes yes i know if i open a bank no more then 50k in the account at any time)

i posted here as it sees the most traffic and smart ass comments might be just what i need

no it is all legal
i want write offs for taxes
a llc basically anything that has to do with weed becomes my work ......so moving to the location to work becomes a deduction
i planned this out for the last few years i just never thought about this wording issue with the federal goverement untill i found out when i tried to file a llc on federal lvl
i just want the federal tax id as i do not have one personally as i have not filed in 19 20 years (last time i filed u could buy bonds from a bank paper with cash)

actually that is part of the model i built....market there is flooded with the same strains price per lb is 1100 and u have to pay 700 to taxes(per lb) 300 for testing(per batch bag)

You need to see an attorney that sets up these type of corporations in Oregon.

not for a LLC
a corp yes ......a llc nope aslong as i clear state this is only to be filed in the state lvl

i get the CPA once the LLC is formed then i get the lawyer for criminal on retainer(plus 10k bond money) and put a civil on retainer then get a 3rd paralegal for paperwork filing for permits ...then use the civil lawyer to incorp the 2 llcs might be 3 now into one corp for taxes

this is all about wording .....something i have trouble with i am too blunt

LLC stands for Limited Liability Corporation. You need to speak with an attorney who sets these type of corporations up in Oregon. My answer won't change.

considering you're going to spend that kind of money on accountants and lawyers, just pay someone and get it over with.
what is getting this LLC worth to you? stop dicking around and get it done right.............. just saying.
