220v Light controller, which one do you use?

Hey guys my first set up. I have 4 x SunSystem LEC 630w Lights in 220v version.
What light controller would you suggest? I need one that would work for 220v obviously and as such have a 220v wall plug extension.
From my other post you might read that I have a Spartan 4 light controller for 220v, but somehow it has a regular 110v type wall plug extension. I've looked in Home Depot and could not find any 220v wall plug that would have same configuration as the 110v.

Isn't the 110v plug for a timer and the controller gets wired to your 220v?

Don't people use 220v? If so, how exactly do you have it set up?

You can get a controller that will plug into a 220v line from your panel. That will give power to the controller itself. Then you have a 110v trigger chord that plugs into a timer or wall (w/e your light schedule needs). There are a few brands you can get with a quick search on a hydro site. I personally have used helios for quite some time now in my smaller ops, but I now use custom boxes.

I run 2x autopilot light controllers. Can be wired 110 or 220v. The plug is for a timer, nothing elae6. Gets plugged into a 110 outlet. It's to trigger the controller to turn on and off. That's it.

Nothing else, unless you run 24/0, in which case no timer is needed.

You still need to plug it into an outlet to trigger the controller to turn on. With out it plugged in, the controller won't turn on.

Guys, I am electric work challenged person. For some reason what you are telling me does not make any sense .
I have a 220v wall plug, I have a 220v lights, hence, I need 220v light controller and 220v timer.
I need to plug in my lights into the 220v controller and controller plug into the 220v timer, which then needs to be plugged into the 220v wall outlet.

U got it all wrong. U can have 220v power for your lights, but ONLY need a 110v for the trigger or timer. Find the controller u like, and read the installation directions.

It's super easy, your over thinking it.

I run a 200 amp panel with a 50 amp 8 light controller made by C.A.P.
Before that I had a smaller cap model that I
wired into an existing 220 thermostat line. I didnt need heat in there while I was growing.
Both worked flawlessly, one still does. both use a 110 off the shelf timer to operate
a relay trigger within.

Call up some of these places or email them. Local hydro stores may sell them but most of the salespeople are usually in the parking lot vaping so they are stoned.

240 Volts and stoned people giving advice on electricity do not make a good combo.

I have a sentinel 240V four light controller I wired for my room straight from the panel. It has a timer on it that's built in. You can plug 4K max to it has four plugs for 1K each. Not sure why you're complicating this so much. I set my timer for the controller and it controls my hps lights in the flower room. My veg light runs to a third plug with a 240v timer on that plug so I can have it set to the proper light cycle.

I don't like the controllers that have built in timers. If the timer shits out, the controller may not work.

I've never seen a light controller that is like my master greenhouse controller.

Yeah if you spend more you can get an automated green house too lol. I got the timer that best fit my needs, I was just trying to explain he doesn't need to complicate things so much with the 110V timer and 220V light controller etc.........

The best thing I did for my grow was two things:
1) Ran the 240V straight from my panel to the light controller in the grow room
2) Ran a separate 120V outlet straight from the panel to my room to run my portable A/C when needed.

If it was not for this I would not be able to run all my gear right now. The breakers would be tripping left and right.
