Question about pollination in tent.

HI peeps. Quick question. I started with 7 plants in a 4x4 from bagseed as it was all I could get hold of at the time. 6 were obvious males that I pulled and I thought I had one girl left. Last night when I checked "her" I found some balls on a lower branch. On closer inspection it is a hermie for sure. Lots of white pistils but total nutsacks as well. I am 4 weeks into flower and some have opened.

I have ordered quality genetics from a seed bank and they should get here soon. Do I need to do anything to kill the pollen that has been spoofed into my tent if I plan on running fem seeds next. This plant has zero smell and no trichomes either. I'm thinking I just pull it and chalk this one up to inexperience and bad luck. Three months later and back to square one. I wish I could just go grab some clones from a shop. This is harder than it needs to be so far. Good thing I'm stubborn.

If i were you would take your griw tent outside if possible. And just go inside it with a water hose and spray out the inside and out side then let it dry and bring it back in when its dry. It wont hurt your tent ive done this many times after a grow cycle.... Ibe found this to be the best way to clean up tents after they get dirty. Your better iff being safe then sorry. You could have pollen trapped in the corner you would hate to have that pollen go air born with your new genetics 5 weeks into flower and seed everything you got in there....

Ive had it happen many times. A good wipe down with water is fine, but i use clorox just for shits and gigs. Never had stray pollenation from after a run.

Pollen becomes inactive after a few days so any that may still be around after a grow won't do anything. It is a great idea to clean after each run. I'm stealth so I wipe down with a bleach solution and let dry.

In that case I think I will leave my plant to finish as the buds are starting to fatten up nicely and I have nothing to smoke. I'm stealth too mate and there's no way I can drag my tent outside for a wash. I have cops living within a stones throw of my grow. I will wipe it down with a weak bleach solution and carry on. Cheers for the replies guys. Hope to crack it sooner or later.
