I grow in a non legal state also. So I say stealth is very important. I never order online, but that's just me. And if your really good at diy , then you can save money that way , if not then be safe and buy what you have to. I use a drier vent to exhaust though it looks perfectly normal, for example.

Well I had a friend pic up some in co.
But you could have them mailed to a friends house or something ( idk ) . I grew bag seed until my friend picked up mine . I think having grow supplies mailed to your grow site is risky , and I'm afraid to advise you on this bc there's no safe way or maybe I'm just parinoid. But that decision is on you. Be careful, you can't be to careful.

2. basin,home made,plastic box...to keep your carpet dry,if you over fill the tank.
3. home made flood table...plywood and visqueen
4. fan...cheap light and hood 600w
5. 12 hour dark room
6. small pump and timer and light timer
7. dirt and drip system..since you may not find mini rock wool cubes
8. 1500 hours of voltage per crop
