Can you help me with my first buy? CBX3590 and accesories with KingBrite

Hello everybody, Im new here and last week I spend at least 10 hours reading this amazing forum. I'm going to start an indoor with a DIY COB Leds, this will be my first indoor/grow/led experience in a 55x95x180cm closet, but I have friends that will help me.
After all the reading I decide to buy this from KingBrite in Alibaba:

*4 pcs --- CREE CXB3590 3500k 80CRI 36V CD BIN (CXB3590-0000- 000N0HCD35H or CXB3590-0000- 000N0HCD35G)
*1 pcs --- HLG-185H-C1400 Driver
*4 pcs --- Ideal Holders for CXB3590
*4 pcs --- LED Glass Lens 80 Degree for CXB3590
*4 pcs --- Predrilled Heatsink 133mm*H70mm
*5 pcs --- Thermal Tape for CXB3590
*2 meters --- Led Cable for CXB3590


But what surprise me is that the prices are much lower than I expect, that is what they answer me:

*4pcs--CREE CXB3590 3500k 80CRI 36V CD: $33.0usd/pcs
*4pcs--Ideal holder 50-2303CR: $2.8usd/pcs
*4pcs--LED glass lens KB-HB100-80: $5.0usd/pcs
*1pcs--HLG-185H-C1400A/B: $44.5usd/pcs
Which version do you need, A or B ?

*5pcs--Thermal tape: $0.3usd/pcs
*4pcs--Heatsink Φ133*H70mm: $10.5usd/pcs
*5pcs--led cable 0.5m: free

So, without shipping, makes in total 251,2 USD. It's a surprise for me because I read more expensive price here, I am missing something here???

Thats my first and most important question :)
Also, I would like to know if I need a A or B version of the driver? The seller ask me...
And, does that size of the Heatsink ok? Remerber that there will be 4 CREE CXB3590 @+-50W each.

price of cob chips has fallen across the board in the last year, shipping of heavy items from china is expensive, i would expect that order with drivers and heatsinks to be ~$100 from china

Thats great news! So thats why is less expensive that I thought. Shipping cost through DHL cost $85 to my country. Thanks for your reply, I will appreciate if somebody can help me with my others doubts.
If anyone has a suggestion or change to improve it is very welcome. Do I need anything else?

You are buying directly from a bigger distributor in china the prices will be cheaper they are getting the products in large quantities for discount. Shipping will be more expensive. Sometimes its cheaper to buy in china and import the items than buying them locally.
The A driver is dimmable from 100% to 50% internally
The B driver is dimmable from 100% to 10% with 0-10v dimming pwm or 100k pot

Paypal fee is 4.5%. My total cost is 350USD.
Are you saying that A versión is dimmable from 100% to 50% by itself without any other component? If thats so, I will buy A version.
The size of the heatsink are ok for the CXB3590? Should I buy anything else??

kingbrite also has citizens which are cheaper.

if you switch to clu048-1818 chips and use a hlg-185h-c1050 driver (the 1818s are 50V not 36 like the crees), you'll probably save another $50

yes the A version has a dim pot built into the driver,small screwdriver to turn it u or down.
sub 30 dollar cree are in the near future :hump:
