DIY with Quantum Boards

Will there be optics forthcoming? Or, is the dispersion of light from these boards better without optics?

We will offer optics soon. They can be purchased from mouser and others I believe. In a reflective area such as a tent I'm not sure if optics make sense. In an open room yrs the 90 degree optics would work wonders.
Yes, I see what you are saying. Excellent!

Lumens are for humans and all, but the sun cloaks are pulling about 145 lm/w while these quantum boards can get about 180 lm/w at reasonable drive currents. Those sun cloak systems are impressive, no doubt. Great design, just slightly outdated diodes (correct me if I'm wrong, but the cree diodes they're using are a generation behind as mid power diodes go).

I bet the sun cloak can definitely achieve better spread much easier, and it's probably good for spaces with airflow issues that the quantum boards would just make worse.

Lol! God forbid I help other growers.
Again, I'll ask you, what do you contribute to this forum other then following me everywhere i go to talk shit about anything I post?
You dont grow or own any sort of lighting other then In your moms bathroom.
But you have negative shit to say all the time. Still butt-hurt I guess.

Spam. and a burn. My mom's bathroom. Yep.

As we all know Stephen is quick to steal other companies designs, logos, R+D. Knowing that, I still am kind enough to offer an idea to help DIY'ers w/ the risk of him stealing the design to call his own.
Yet, rather then showing any appreciation, all I get is wise remarks.
You say I'm talking to myself hu, why, you do not agree that airflow through the room could be a problem when proposing growers use a solid ceiling of light? That's funny cuz I get PM's all the time w/ poeple agreeing w/ me about allot of stuff I say. Maybe it's cuz try to use what I know in actual growing applications.
Man, it's pretty obvious who does n doesn't grow around here.
If you want appreciation, go shill in your own threads and quit shitting in this one
