The plants I showed that I bent and I supercrop branches as needed as well turn back toward the light the same day.

Supercrop knuckles form in 2 to 3.

It takes some practice.
i super cropped acouple plants but they kept growing taller and taller. so i kept putting the light higher and higher.
Btw the 1000 watt light i hav is 5 days new. before I had a 600 watt closed hood
side light 300w mars

Personally, I would remove ~4 of those so you can get light penetration to the lower buds you will get better yield.. If you super crop you will have a rebound time ~1-2 weeks depending on how clean you super cropped it. I would only super crop in veg. Take some out of the room and send some pics to see how crowded it looks then.
yea im thinking of killing one off. it looks unpleasnt

I know that fight well. I showed in one pic where the stretchy plant is staked and some of the taller branches are bent sideways. I even cross them over each other like crossed swords and soft tie the together with their colas pointing outwards more level to save a few inches.

I never said it was easy. The plants always win. At least when you are doing well. That's how they tell you. :-)

some of these plants were given to me vegged for a long time in 4x4 pots.
then i had to move my grow somewhere else because of house inspections. I couldn't flower the plants at my mates house .
so thats why they are all stretched out. Vegged for too long, and had to make the best of my situation
So its ok to super crop in the end of week 3?
SURE! A little pinch to begin to collapse the stalk, and bend her over! I do It all the time during bloom!

I also do it during bloom. Ive never seen it hurt yield. I mean its not like youd know if you could have gotten more, but the production looks the same on the super cropped brances as it does on the non. And id rather have a cockeyed stalk than a bleached out yellow top anyday.
