Any cop with a gun must have a personal video recording device in operation at all times, failure to do so means suspended from duty. This way there's little to question.Its too easy to mislead the dumb American public in many cases, that is why I've said for years we need professional jurors..all it takes is one out of 12 to waste thousands of man hours, hundreds of thousands of dollars on a trial is one dumb hayseed that hears a " hey, cops have a tough job..the suspect turned and had a shiny metallic object. Could have been mistaken for a weapon". That nonsense would never play with professional jurors. This case is open n closed guilty as hell of murder, not manslaughter.
This bastard is in the dock only because someone ELSE caught the whole thing on video. He'd still be in a uniform if not for that... coincidence.
