Neèd help supporting my trained plants.

hi all I'm having some issues supporting my trained plants, some details . This is my first grow where I'm training the plants. I'm testing 2 techniques a regular Scrog with a net then I have some lst'd plants without the net. My question is how can I support the last plants without a net? They're getting really bushy and I'm worried the girls will start snapping themselves as it has happened to one of my plants.

So how can I combat this? Any insight would be great thanks all!

Would have to see pics really. Lots of options though, stakes are usual. Could tie from the cieling. I've wrapped string around them to hold them in a circle then did couple more circles of string layers. if that makes sense lol when i had that problem none snapped even when laying sideways on one another so the stems are pretty strong if you can at least keep the outter stems held in a circle. I had 30g colas too

Hmm, i'd say one of those huge nets that you usually see commercial growers using. Other than that idk, i only do small scale grows.

Awesome setup btw!

I use tomato cages, pretty cheap and you can still move the plants around if needed, of course I run quite a few less than you lol

Thanks for the advice! i was thinking about using chicken cages but it seem likes a lot of hassle for the larger scale ops! i might give it a try on my next run under 1 light or so!

I use the 3 stake ones with 18" rings, you can put the stakes in the edges of the pot and put the rings on separate if you need to, that's why I used them, had to put them on later, but they supported pretty well till the end bottom pic of the stakes.

It's a bit of a mainline, yield was of course "personal use limit" but she did well20161105_011217.jpg 20161105_085453.jpg 20161105_012029.jpgpictures are top colas, middle buds, and lower plant that was fresh frozen for bubble hash, I didn't weigh as I live in a prohibition state:peace:but you can make a reasonable guess I'm sure, 5 gallon pot

the color on her is something else man looks awesome must have tasted the same
Thanks man, It's a Plemon fem from Breeders Boutique, it's got some Larry og giving it's flavors (very lemon) but the colors come from the male smelly cherry, mine has a weird lemon funk taste, I've heard it described as mint, licorice, and lamp oil, but I lean towards minty myself

thanks man means a lot!
dude buy 1000 feet of para cord and a staple gun and go to town...or yoyos like I did...not all your colas need support mostly the outside ones will...12 yoyos were 20$...run a para cord line down each aisle and hook up some yoyos...I like them a lot more them a scrog net cause you still have access to the plants..I know my grow is nothing compared but I'm sure you'll be happy with em.20161121_023431.jpg 20161202_185804.jpg
