29k HPS Flood Grow

Hey everyone its been a few years since i posted. My last grow i posted on here is the BC GodBud with Led long time ago. Well i decided to show what im up to right now. Current status im at 2 week of flower for bottom and 1st week flower on top. I am doing flood trays with Bubba and GDP.

How does that flood tray deal work? A pump floods the table and drains? Do you save and recycle the water/nutes? Looks nice.

No! Some people use a hose, hand water or on timers with a pump. Some dump the water and some recycle it back to a reservoir. I was just asking.

What i do is feed. When it gets low. I will put water in tray and use my big pump and put fresh water and nutes in. I want say every 3 or 4 days. The flood tray is easy once you build the stand. All it does is flood for about 5 to 10 minutes depending because i have 100 gal res and 50 gal res. Once i feel its enough i just unplug pump and it drains slowly.

So you recirculate and reuse the water and nutes? Also what is that big white accordion hose? Some sort of air circulation?

Umm the big white thing is my filter. Im setting up two big ones.ohhh the big 15 inch white ducting under my tray is pulling cold air from under my place inside.

ill be interested to follow this. i have seen w flood tables the plants dont finish as strong as a rez that the roots can grow into and suck endless nutes. interested setup bro

Well i mean i have never had a issue with it not fonishing strong. Alot people i know use 4x4 trays with 1 ligh and they get nice yield. Some of my friends avg 1.6 to 1.9 per light. Also i dont want my roots to keep feeding because i let it dry out a little so that roots grow and find water. Thats why right now i flood once a day for about 10 to 15 min then it drains on itself.


Update as of now all plants are about 10 to 12 inches tall. I have one room where plants are like 10 inches. So far so good white hairs started coming out and in next few days ill be moving the lights up because its getting big.
