The amount of bullshit that comes out of HC these days is really astounding. That date they gave you is complete garbage, I feel really bad for anyone who has to deal with the HC phone staff these days.
The injunction remains in place 'until further order of the court'. The government is free to, at any time, petition the court to lift it (I don't see Conroy et al ever doing that). So yes, it can be taken away, at which point if you are caught, you will be before a judge without any exemption from the CDSA.
The MMAR has not been valid besides the injunctees since 2014, anyone telling you otherwise is sadly misinformed.
