There are a few old school breeders that think like you. DJ Short and my friend and mentor, @RM3, to name a couple. I just feel going the CS route would be less time-consuming, and it wouldn't cause any unnatural effects, seed-wise.I know that i can take that way, but i prefer the natural way ! Select good mother and good father from the f1, make some f2 seeds, and again and again. I want to explore all of the pheno of the lemon skunk at the beginning , that's why i want regular. In feminized seeds you have less chance to have different pheno.
If you do like you say you kill the genetic and all of the potential that the plant have to focus only in one pheno.
