Ok, so...........once again i'm starting a journal. This time i swear i will finish it. I recently had two grow areas, my cabinet and a small room. Recently I decided to pull down the second grow room and use it as a storage area. I've become pretty paranoid recently b/c my landlord sold the house and we got new landlords. They are much more involved. I've lived in the house for 3 years and my old landlord has never come over once. My new landlord has been over like 5 times already. So to avoid the stress of having to constantly pull down the grow room and hide the plants every time they come over i decided to only grow in the cabinet. I mean fuck it, they have to right to look in my cabinet and i have a lock on the door. Now let's get on with the grow I will be growing Sativa Seeds Full Moon (my favorite strain ever), World of Seeds Strawberry Blue (very good mostly sativa strain, very potent and tasty with low yields. Definately a connoisseur bud), Blim Burn Seeds OG Kush (freebie), Pyramid Seeds Tutankhamon (potent sativa one of my faves), Kera Seeds White Thunder (freebie, turn out to be very good. A keeper), and Humboldt Seeds Bubba's Gift (never grew or had this strain took clone off of roomates plant. I plan on using collidial silver to force it to hermie and pollinate itself. Then I will cross it with the full moon for shits and giggles. Gonna be called "Whompin Willow"). You will probably notice immediately that the OG Kush is severely larger than the plants. Due to bad planning on my part (Underestimated how long it can take for a clone that was taken off of a late flowering plant can take to reveg), so im gonna have to constantly top the OG Kush to keep it from getting too tall. The Full Moon, Strawberry Blue, Tutankhamon, Bubba's Gift are all clones taken off of late flowering plants.

Grow Specs:
Using Sungro Metro Mix soil (all they had at the gardening store) mixed with black gold mushroom compost.
For nutes im using Earth Juice Grow, Bloom, Microblast, Meta-K, Catalyst, and Bloomin Bat Guano.
Fox Farms Big Bloom (I like it bc its organic and can be used with ever watering) and the Root Drench and Microbe Brew from the Bush Doctor line. I still have these laying around from when i used fox farms and figured i'd use them since the site says it organic.
Diatomaceous Earth for the silica i just sprinkle it on top of the soil.
Kelp meal, Fish Bone Meal (for calcium, i use as a top dress), and Bu's Brew Compost Tea Bags.
Vipar Sprectra 300watt led from amazon. I plan on buying a second one for flowering.

Full Moon, still hasn't completely reverted.

OG Kush, started from seed. In a 5 gallon pot, everything else is in a 3 gallon. About a month ahead of everything else. (Bad Planning)

White Thunder, This is the very bottom of the last plant I grew and harvested. Going to take forever to revert and could possible die. I chopped it and chopped a good deal of the root off and put it in a dixie cup. I'm going to let it grow a little (hopefully it takes a while) and flower it in a one gallon. I'm only keeping this to try to use collidilal silver on to have it self pollinate and get seeds off of it. Only had one seed and don't have the room to grow it out fully. But it turned out to be a very good strain and i want to keep it.

Bubbas Gift, a clone i took of roomate's plant that's about to be harvested. I'm doing the same thing as i'm doing with the white thunder with this. Gonna let it take forever to revert and flower in a one gallon to get seeds. But i'm about going to use some pollen to pollinate the full moon.

Full picture of grow space. I just noticed that the paint of the side is starting to peel for some reason. Gonna have to repaint it soon. Or get some......what silver stuff. What's it called again? Idk. Btw anyone know a good fan i can get for this space? Ever since i got this i've been struggling to find a good small oscillating fan that doesn't take up too much space and doesn't get in the way of the light. This fan is way too big and is wind burning my plants.I have it on a timer and turns off ever 30 minutes (trying to reduce the wind burn, i hate seeing that). I had a good one before that i found on amazon but the gears stripped very quickly and doesn't oscillate anymore. Didn't want to buy the same thing that's just gonna break again. But i'm probably going to anyway. The three plants in the middle back is my roomates plants. And they're gonna be removed pretty soon so i have a little more space. It's actually the plants lights off time right now. The light in the back is the maintenance light.

Any suggestions on how to improve this grow is highly welcome. The main point of this grow is to get advice and improve.

Defoliated the OG Kush a little bit. Was getting a bit too leafy.


Not much progress on the Strawberry Blue. Still getting acclimated to its new pot. A little growth but i don't expect it to start taking off again for about a week or so. I transplant it and the king tut a little early bc they didn't seem to like their dixie cups too much.


Decided to go ahead and re-pot the Full Moon into a 5 gallon before it had a chance to start rooting in it's new pot. I hated having it in that bucket. Still reverting, i'm guessing it's going to take about 2 weeks to start vegging normally again.


King Tut seems to be growing and getting used to its new pot quicker than strawberry blue. But i'm having problems with it. Can any one tell me whats up with the brown edges? I thought that it was wind burn but i'm starting to think that its really bad nute burn. I used mushroom compost for the first time when i did this grow and might've used a bit too much. I doubt that it's a deficiency.

Anyone know what's going on?^^

I harvested some of my stinging nettle a few days ago. I read that stinging nettle teas is good for soil so I decided to try it out. Gave everything a little bit to see what happens.

It's doing alright. I'll post pics tomorrow. I had a long period where my plants weren't doing good or growing. Turned out to be ph problems in the soil. They're all growing but not as fast as they should sonim post pics tomorrow and ask for advice. But as for advice this is a clone from a king tut that I already grew and harvested. Dude it came out awesome. My yield was shitty bc I made mistakes. Im using earthjuice and trying to dial in how to use it. Started to dial it in. But anyway, it's a great strain. One of my faves, great taste and potency. It's a short stocky Sativa also. So my only advice would be to lst. Maybe top once or twice, supercrop and just let it do its thing. It's a sturdy plant. Hard to fuck up.

Ok so the OG Kush has long since been harvested. Amazing quality, shitty yield. I think that was my fault. I have no pics..... I had the OG Kush flowering in one room and the other in another. They weren't doing to well, didn't have enough light and didn't seem to like their growing space. Whenever the OG Kush was Finished i moved them to the flowering room, they didn't look good and wasn't ready for flowering but i decided to take a shitty yield and buy more seeds later. Then a month into flowering i decided "Fuck that, this was supposed to be my last online seed purchase". So i cut all the little buds starting to grow, took all the shitty leaves off and reverted to veg. They were very pitiful looking and would've given an ounce per plant max which isn't acceptable. Oh and the White Thunder and Bubba's Gift didn't make it. I didnt have enough room so i decided to toss em. Well here's how its going so far.....

Damaged Leaves


So yeah, still having problems with Damaged Leaves. Something is still off, can't quite figure out what. Been feeding Earth Juice Grow, Catalyst, and microblast. Also tried giving a top layer of compost from my backyard and watering with molasses. Not pretty new to this whole organic thing but im pretty sure something is off with my microbes correct? I tried making a compost tea out of the compost in my backyard also. They seemed to like it but then leaves started dying again......So any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ps: I understand its hard to tell whats going on with the Blurple lighting so i'll take better pics when the lights go off around noon.

I myself use EJ and I have to supplement a little epsom salt ever couple waterings not every time but frequently also I use a baking power for PH balance that has additional Calcium and more Mag. EJ recommends using a Cal n Mag with their tables I believe. Another thing is Catalyst is only meant for once a week to up to once every 4 weeks. I use about 1/2 tsp per watering for my girls.

Ok thanks for the help. I've been thinking that it might be mag. The fish bone meal should cover the calcium. Do you use a specific baking powder or should any kind do? As for the epsom do U just sprinkle some on top?

The baking powder I just make sure is aluminum free not sure on if all have same ingredients as far as including the mag and cal. If you aren't worried about Cal don't worry about the Baking Powder as for the Epsom salts You can mix up to 1 Tbps per gallon straight into your water, even foliar spray works great for recovery of mag def. I caught mine early enough just adding it to the water corrected the issue.

I have some cal mag laying around. I don't use it to feed bc its synthetic but would it mess anything up if I use it as a foliar spray?

Got some kelp meal, earthworm castings, mollases, and epsom salt. Also gonna throw some comfrey in, hopefully that'll fix the problem. Have my tap water dechlorinating now. Be ready about 12am tonight. Gonna aerate for two days, water and update on Friday.

So made a tea with kelp meal, fish bone meal, epsom salt, diatomaceous earth, molasses, earthworm castings, and mushroom compost and let it aerate for two days. Watered yesterday and they look happier than I've seen them for the whole grow. Will post pics later today. Now they are ready for flowering. But my king tut clone hasn't taken root yet so I have to wait for that now. Afterwards I might set up a separate room for it to fill its Dixie cup out. Or not since I'm only flowering it to use colloidal silver on and get seeds. Any suggests? Should I flower soon as it roots and just let it go or let it fill its cup out first?

The only one still having problems. Nothing major just a few leaves dying. Could be wind burn, not sure yet. I need to get another oscilatting fan. Every one i get eventually breaks and stops oscillating. Guess that's just how it goes.

So they are definately look better. I've been doing a lot of research on aacts and realized that you cant brew aacts and nutrient teas together. So what i fed them pretty much a nutrient tea and not an aact.
So about to start brewing that later tonight. After all the Earth Juice i've been giving them and nothing getting fixed it find it funny how much easier this was. I think imma ditch the earth juice and get some gysum, blood meal, guano, and brew banana teas for the rest of the grow. Earth Juice kinda sucks compared to this other stuff. Still great stuff but this just seems much easier.

Thnx, I really need this clone to root so I can switch to flower. I have a pure sativa and 2 sativa hybrids so I'm scared of em getting big once they stretch. If this clone dies I might have to just move on and buy more Tutankhamon seeds. I need to order some Barney farms LSD to complete my lineup anyway. Having an indica every once in a while is nice.

I myself prefer sativa any time of the day but my next grow I am including 2 Pakistan Valley which are supposedly 100% indica as variety is nice too
