A blind trust by definition is run by a neutral party, which does not describe Trump's children. But actually there is no law that requires a blind trust, just a law that requires government employees to avoid conflicts of interest. There are also laws against trading on inside knowledge. But when did Trump care about the law? I think this habit of his to shoot first, litigate later and avoid compliance with the law will get him into trouble in a few years but for now, the kleptocrat in chief has freedom of movement.

Funny how the more of President Elect Donald Trump I see, the more I get the feeling he is building the swamp.
