I told you I'd put the old SE-350 against your Cx-300. You keep saying you didn't run but you ran, climbed, & swam to get away from that one.
I never openly said you hacked anything accept your lights together.

You did a sphere test too. Is this why people are saying Cree isn't all that anymore.

Still don't see where I said you were the hack. But I'm working on building the new led room so haven't had time to play with you. I know me though, & I would say I think it's you, not that it IS.
Either way, I'll gladly take you up on putting your 420 light against my SE-450 using a passport meter cuz all that counts is photons hitting the canopy. That's what good grow lights are designed to do. Focus light to the canopy, not bounce all around off a sphere.
That sphere thing is not the way to measure a proper grow light. Especially one like Amare that prides themselves on providing your plants with more proper spectral photons (or any) then any other light I can find.
@Stephenj37826 , you reading this? I'll put any of my Amare's against any light you have using a par-meter. Send me the light & I'll do it when I do my par mapping this week or next.
We won't have to worry about shipping back & I've already made a spot to hang your light for a side by side grow off after Amare kicks your butt.
Sphere Smear. Light hitting the canopy is all that matters silly rabbit.

Not sure the area but the measurements for both lights were taken @ 4'.
Starting the ppfd mapping of all my Amare lights next week. If any other company wants to get down just pm me & we'll make the proper arrangements. All i ask is that I can keep the light for one grow to do a side by side as well.
I'm sure both lights (depending on the other light) will do great in both the mapping & the grow. So, this is a good opportunity for both lights to shine.

Seeing how i never saw the post you made to someone else about offering up a light for free.
Would you like to send me a light now? I'll do live ppfd mapping on both your 420 & my 450, then I'll do a side by side grow.
I'm sure your light will do awesome.
I'd really like for us all to get along & this test will show everybody that both Amare, PLC & Johnson (if he's in) are all top of the chain companies. None of those lights will be dramatically killing the next id imagine & will all give me great yields in the side by side by side.
I'm a good grower w/ a new room & big plants ready to go.
I come in peace & no longer want any of us to argue. I would like to show the poeple though that these are all top of the line lights that kick ass.
I'll even throw my Hydroponics Hut X5-500 in so everyone can see the differance between our good lights & a shit burple, which BTW costs the same as all our lights. That way poeple can see the benefits of a quality white & Enhanced white light over burple.
What do you say new buddy???

So check out post 290. A 4x4 tent, state the height of your light and "wall watts", then make a PAR map of your readings. I'd like to see it.

So it went from a sphere...to a lighting passport...to now a 125$ par meter that I have had since 2012 and so does have the RIU community now? Not even a Li-core even...you need to educate yourself.

The deal has stood since I offered it...if you want to do a sphere test...I would send the light.
Since I put my money where my mouth is...you ran away and never followed through, new lights have been released and actual sphere and gonio test have been done already. I get the test As well as side by side by real growers who you could only dream to be as good and experienced. You are offering nothing...and asking for free shit after talking nothing but pure shit for over a year now.
So you are not following through for the second time...and still asking for a light?

To be fair on the meter portion in a side by side they were all relatively the same... Slight difference on side light but it was negligible.

Some people you really can't educate and will continue to reach for justification even if it's completely bogus. In the end I just hope he's paid for all his efforts. If not then DAMN
Tbh I think the difference in yield will be minimum but both leds will ... draw more eyes if this would happen?
