26 day old plants from seed, how do they look?

Hey guys, this is my very first grow. I did very very extensive research about growing and everything required for the entire process. But I am still new and I know I can make mistakes due to that. These girls popped out of the soil 26 days ago. How do you think they look now? I think they look great but I want more opinions.
Setup:
4x8 grow tent
3x p450 platnium led grow lights
Fox farms: ocean forest mix with 25% perlite added
Smart pot: 2 gallons. Will be moved into 10 gal start of veg.
Running 20/4 for the light cycle
Temps have been regular at 80-82 although humidity is usually around 45-50%

A COUPLE QUESTIONS I HAVE:
1. I plan to transplant them into their final growing pot(10 gal) tomorrow, i know that with the Fox Farms soil they claim no additional nuturints are needed for 30 days. so my question is once i transplant then into the new pots with mostly fresh brand new soil, will i need to still add some liquid nutrients or will they be good for another 30ish days with the new soil? or should i add a very light dose of nutrients like 1/4 or less the recommended dose? It is my first time so I don't want to make any mistakes.

2. I made a really stupid beginners mistake: i used tap water PHed down to 6.4-6.5 which i know that PH is correct but i Live in Oregon and our tap water is shit. i realized how bad it was when i took my PPM meter and realized it has 320 PPM in just the regular tap water(nothing added) The only reason i noticed something was wrong was a couple of my plants started showing tiny brown spots on a couple leaves i caught onto this very quickly and went out and purchased RO water that is 0PPM i intent to only water using this from here on out. I just watered yesterday, with tap water, that is when i realized the issue. I have gotten RO water now and my question to you guys is should i water them again with the RO water to try and wash out some of the old tap water, i know the plants may show signs of overwatering, but would it be more benificial to water them again with good water or just wait until next watering time and start clean from there?

I know my questions are long, i do apologize. Thanks for your time and knowledge20161109_154628.jpg 20161109_154743.jpg 20161109_154756.jpg .

Keep up the good work. Keep good records of the water you use, how much, how often and the additives you put in it and how you mix them. Along with the good pics you already have, take good pictures as it grows or if there is a problem. Then if a problem arises you can get better info here.
Don't worry about the water you gave them, it won't be a problem. Move on to RO and supplement small (not sure the amount?) amounts of Cal Mag. I use GO Cal Mg +
Other than the cal mg, no the fresh ffof will not likely need to be fertilized for 30 days.

Thanks for the info good sir. I have all the fox farm liquid nutrients set not Cal mag but I can look into what the similarities are and probabaly figure that out thanks
