Very pleased with how the ponytailing and leaf tucking have provided more potential bud sites so far.

not sure if the technique actually redistributes the hormones, auxins etc but seems to have allowed your girls to bush out a bit so congrats bro looks like a success imo

So is this more effective than regular LST? I'm assuming you just tie up the leaves that are blocking light and bush it out
