"Ants?! They're all Ants, Michael!"
you probably wouldn't have bumped a six month old thread if you'd looked...You can find legit copy's for Windows 7 for like 15 bucks if you look.
DH Gate I believeYou can find legit copy's for Windows 7 for like 15 bucks if you look.
man you ain't kidding, our new all in one that came with Win10 updates about once a month and every fuckin time we have to reset everything. I even turned off the damn updates and it turned the shit back on itself! What the hell is up with that? The last 'update' a couple weeks back caused our internet to stop working, that really pissed us off because we had to reinstall our browser and virus program because it literally uninstalled them and deleted our connection settings.@OldMedUser , yeah, i have to agree, i really liked the XP pro OS. I hung on to it as long as I could and still have a laptop around with it loaded.
Been using a Win 10 OS for about a year now. I've noticed the updates can/will change some of the program associations and one update a few months back caused me to have to reload 10, a real PITA.
We're still using the 10 as I type this, and I finally got the Windows 7 and was able to update to the 10 on my laptop but of course, even though we installed AV and adblock, both our pc's are buggy now. I did try the Linux Sephora edition but I'm a creature of habit and the GUI was so different from what I'm used to that I went back to the 10.You could also take the plunge to a free OS. Linux offers similar interfaces to windows. But, without the suck of needing to "pay" for a new OS every few years. And! You don't get fucked in the arse by every virus on the internet.
yeah we're good, got it straight nowgo online, get an iso of windows 10, burn it on a disk...........
LOLand i've been hinting for months, and all bill gates has to do is piss you off?
seems like some of the AV and cleaners like CCleaner and Privizer can cause the connect loss problems in 10, but i never experienced that. i also have a problem now if i try to use IE11 after the latest update with program freezing. the other browsers work ok, just IE.I even turned off the damn updates and it turned the shit back on itself!
