Hi how goes it, I would recommend not planning for / counting on a specific yield. You will have to have double the amount of veg as flower to keep up I would think, you need a constant supply of clones, teens and ready vegged - flower ready. Im not knocking you at all, I say go for it. 1000w is a good amount of heat for a 4x4 too, in my opinion but I run a 600w, make sure your venting all the heat you can and have plenty of air flow on the canopies. I know I am missing stuff but that a jump off I guess. Hope something helped.

Hey thanks for the fast reply. Let me give a little more info so you can see esxsaclly wut im working with. Right now i have my 4x4 veg tent with a canopy that fills about 80 percent of the twnt. And are in week 5 of veg i have 18 clones in the turbo clone that i just finish transplanting into 1gallon pots and just finished taking some cuts from my vegging plant to replace the ones i took off the cloner all tent have a 300cfm exhaust ans intake fan and all will try to stay with in a 70 to 78 degrees Fahrenheit level and as for the heat from the 1000 i plan on bringing in cold air in from out side im from wa state so its like 60 outside right now.
Would u suggest getting anpther 4x4 grow tent and have another veggin tent

every 2 months is not perpetual.

What you do is add 1 plant into flower tent every 2 weeks. If you're running 2 flower tents you can do 1 plant a week, just alternate between tents.

Week 1 = Put 1 plant into flower
Week 3 = Put 1 plant into flower
week 5= Put 1 plant into flower
week 7 = Put 1 plant into flower

By the time the last plant goes in, your first one will be close to being ready to harvest. Soon as you harvest it, replace it with a new plant/clone.

Now you're harvesting every 2 weeks, not every 2 months.

So the real question is, do you want to harvest 2 pounds every 2 months or harvest half a pound every 2 weeks?

Thanks for the awsome reply i was hoping someone would give me an answer like this. For the flower tents i plant on having one on and one off alternating every 12 hours to save energy so this will work great. So would you suggest getting a second veg tent or do you think im good with one as long as i keep moving my plants

if you want to save money on energy, call your electric company and ask them when non peak hours are, and run your whole setup then. usually after 7 or 8 pm, the cost of juice drops substantially.

perp requires 2 dedicated rooms. I had 20 in veg with a 1k mh. 5 gal smart pots soil 18/6 cycle. had 20 in flower under 2- 1k hps. kept clones in veg on sidelines. ran for 56 days per cycle +- a bit (115 days)

its easy to stagger your harvests, just stagger when you put the plants into the flower tent. if i run a perpetual harvest i like 10 days between sets of three plants (what fits across my tent), but w/e works for you time wise, can go as little as 4 or 5 days between waves if you have a big enough tent and enough clones
