when i moved to florida for 6 years i learned a lot about the restaurant business.. chef's work their ass off for that perfect menu. lol my last bartending job when i was down there which lasted 2 years.. i only think i landed because i seen a license plate from my state.. the chef.. who ended up being the fucking man. was from my hometown. man he made some serious food. and he was cool as hell. we drank and smoked our shifts away... i like what im doing more now money wise.. im over 200k a year. but i miss bartending for the excitement. every night was fucking insane

My pop said it's the closest thing to being in combat with a bunch of guys, heh. I'm not into tending bar really, but sure, I've done just about all of it.
My buddy's mom owned an inn in NH and I just about ran that place off and on for years....sometimes I'd even jump behind the drums for tips/extra $100 or so, ha.

Many chefs and kitchen folks I've worked with through the years are alcoholics and/or heavily into coke....I avoided the latter, thankfully....

i just dont wanna give this group of tards any more info.lou is constantly going to gay porn sites and tagging people like hes 12 years old and bucky likes to twist any lil tidbit into a 3 day meltdown lol.I pretty much do it all,pole buildings,stick built garages n shops,wood,block and buolder walls,brick and concrete flat work.last week we planted 330 trees along a roadway here in mich.i do commercial snow removal for a few krogers here also.i stay busy lol.plus im running a 11kw flower room trying to build out a new 24 x 32 x 10 20kw right now but no time for my own stuff.we will slow down end of this month,ill get a break till it starts snowing.not a llc like buck,we are an S corp,i pay my guys well,the full timers have decent bennies.i have a good group of builders and developers that pay me on time and dont really haggle too much on my prices so i cant bitch.prob 5 more years and im hoping to turn it over 80% to one of my guys or my son in law,hopefully.
