If you have plants growing indoor under CFL's at room temp, and you move them outside for a day in direct sunlight at 60 degrees(probably hotter since the sun will give heat to the plants), will this benefit the plant in any way?

Whats the color of your current cfl light, lets say 6500K,
you take ur plants out to fall light thats mostly red at 2700K,
you gain perhaps 1-2 inches of vertical growth per week..temps depending
you also risk moving the plants to the busiest 'Bug Time' of the year
chance of infection imo 75% plus
and high chance of plants being seen and stolen ..? u decide
but hey I do it often and spray with 'cold pressed neem oil' if ever in doubt
