It looks like Lupine. One single flower instead of a spike but I suspect more are coming.

Today's pic. I found out that a local university used to do research in this area. I almost sent an email to a Professor that studies plant genetics here. the illegality of it is holding me back, but I Ching said to go for it.

Actually...I have,for some strange reason, been researching this and it depends on the Judge. Spirit of the law trumps actual plant species mentioned in the stated black and white law.

Tried to compare Lupine lineage to cannabis and there appears to be total confusion in the field as to Species even, of cannabis. I was a failure in going down the tree of cannabis and finding the node where it coincided with lupine. Please, someone.trace that down.
