I disagree Toke...Failing the Lp's will SOLVE a lot of problems. The message needs repeating over and over..please help.
I assure you I'm def on team boycott.
I've converted a dozen friends and family from lp orders to dispensaries.
I was pointing out the irony in their approach. You would think that they would have learnt by now.
If no one buys overpriced shit on a stick then no one is gonna want 150dollar bs cuts of the same crap.

i don't get how they can do that. $150 per clone when they know damn well they are so much cheaper than that.
i don't know a lot about growing but I know that clones are around $5 and that's for good ones.
when they do crap like this, don't they know we'll fight it gain?? we have proven time and time again since Terry Parker won that we WILL fight to get our rights.
if they would actually talk to us and consider our opinions as valid, we might get somewhere that more court cases are not needed.
i know I will be fighting them in court as many times as needed!

This is correct, all LP’s are waiting for the government to issue sell licenses for starting material. I will be buying starting materials from a LP...doesn't mean you need to actually use them ! but i want the paperwork to prove I did. In my opinion it pretty clear that LP are the ONLY choice if you are starting under the acmpr. The checkbox for "no" starting materials required is for peeps under the old system, they are allowed to continue to use their own strains. So has anyone received their paperwork back from Health Canada who was not on the old system and is new to the acmpr and checked the "no" box ?

Its about slowing things down to a grind on purpose. They know another trial would take time or potentially lead to another injunction. Thereby making a whole new group of left outs who would be forced to purchase from them. Or in their language a new client base.

Its all about money. Even if its a client base forced into it.........again

Plus legal council will want another 3/4s of a million dollars.

Oh? You thought they did it for the love of our rights? Johny's partyin' it up in Tdot right as we speak, spending our money!

LMAO you think the court will let people buy it form illegal sources? SMH. It's like amateur hour in in heya lately. :hump:
Given enough time, this will go back to the courts and we will win.
There's plenty of non illegal sources for genetics, like Tikun Olam out of the hebrew university of Jerusalem and other government projects.
If you have the authority to possess cannabis and grow it, they can't mandate the genetics.
It's like forcing a patient to choose brand name medication over a generic version.
