90w ufo led should be how high above seedlings?

I have a 90w ufo I am using for seedlings. How high should the light be above the seedlings?

it is probaley only pulling about 45 true watt I would guess and if that's about right I would say about 1 foot above

ok I have it alittle closer than that. Would that be ok?

if its been there for a little while and you don't see any problem should be fine I think I seen someone post theirs was 8or9 inches from top of leaves
