just because an attempt was unsuccessful doesn't make it any less of an attempt.. if you attempt to shoot someone, yet miss, you still get charged with attempted murder, no?
so the cop turned to corner a bit too late to hit the guy, and he had a chance to put his hand on the hood and make a quick turn and didn't turn up as road kill.. the cop clearly says that he's going to run him over, and the second cop clearly says, go for it, go for it, not the cop telling his partner to jump out and chase the guy..

I`m going to hit him with the car would be nice, But that was not said, but "I`m going to hit him" if I don`t slow or punching him after capture is more likely. You know as well as I he has no chance of getting him with that car.

This is where we agree. It starts with slipping through the academy,.. or intentionally letting them through which I think is the case because of the numbers in play. That many bad cops don`t simply slip by trainers. You have piss poor failing shooting skills and should not be allowed to carry if it takes 14 hits to make you feel safe enough to stop shooting.

if he was planning on hitting him with his fist, why didn't he, they, get out of the car and attempt to apprehend him on foot, you know, so he could punch him? instead, they stayed in the car and aimed it straight at him, you know, not in an attempt to run him over, or hit him with the car, but rather to not get out so they could punch him.. and after they didn't hit him with the car the first time, they decided to stay in the car and not foot chase him yet again, you know, so they could punch him..

not audible? come on, i can clearly hear the guy say i'm going to hit him, well, yeah, he didn't say i'm going to hit him with the car, but his actions clearly show me what he intended to hit him with when he drove straight at him immediately after saying i'm going to hit him..

The kid got away, He can`t hit him. They stayed in the car because they also had no chance of catching him on foot, the one`s I saw all look too fat and out of shape.

There is a pause before one says "OK, Go for it, go for it" Kat needs to stop exaggerating possibilities and put up like the last post a more clear video with no excuses possible.

yeah, i'm done.. after he asks for a time in the video where he attempts to hit to guy and i tell him 15 -17 seconds in, and that wasn't good enough, so i take a screen shot where the cop says he's going to hit him, and that's still not enough, what more can i do?
thanks though, i need to learn to cut my loses a bit sooner i guess..

ok, i know i said i was done here, but look at the time stamp in the screen shots i posted.. cop number one at 15 seconds, i'm going to hit him.. second screen shot with cop number 2 saying, go for it, go for it, at 16 seconds in.. i guess you could say one second is a pause..

Yep, he's trash. It's getting Drumpf-thick around here as of late, likely due to his embarrassing debate 'performance'/multiple meltdowns. Just earlier today I was 'reported' by some cowardly punkass for showing George's picture, even though UB, myself, and several others have shown the same pics multiple times.... :roll:

It's only natural, though; cowardice and gutlessness are symptoms of desperation.
