Outdoor Cannabis When to Harvest?

Hi this is my first thread on this forum pls just let me know if I did something wrong, honestly new to this kind of thing. Anyway I was really needing some help knowing when to pull my plants. I live in Oregon and it is my first time grow. I went all organic and they look beautiful. They are looking close to ready and it's getting colder and colder over here. I know how important when you pull them is so any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks. Can post pics if I get a response.

It gets cold as shit here I can be patient I just don't want them to die. It will probably more than definitely snow here by then.

They have cheap green houses you can get , also a lil karosene heater would work too

As long as they are not hard frosts they will survive if you keep them well watered and mulch. Every yr I let my plants go through a couple of freezes and they always pop back after the sun warms them up.
