I've given it a lot of thought and for my first grow round with LED'S its going to be fixtures. In light of that revelation I would love to pick your brains one last time.
I am going to light up my room with fixtures rather than a DIY COB set up. It's an 8x4 ft area with a maximum height of 5 feet.
Help me out ONE more time with some advise and imput. Im not set on the number of fixtures and am willing to Daisy chain either 2, 3, or 4 arrays mid range in price that will do the job from start to finish as simply as possible.
I'd really value your suggestions as Flea Bay has 1000 watt lights for a couple hundred and then there are the $1000.00 1000 watt fixtures. I know I want full spectrum but some first hand knowledge would be slicker than snot on glass. Rock on guys and gals

I'd still go with COB fixtures, not diy necessarily, bar type, dimmable. Check the lowest price. 5ft=150cm? If so maybe get something with a wider reflector.

Once again the choice is clear. I should probably find some schematics just to give me something to reference when I do build. Which COBS to purchase is gonna require some additional research. Are the CREE COBS what I'll end up purchasing or are there other good options available? I just want to make sure I do ithink right if I'm gonna do it at all. Uh

Cities are a great option nowadays. But I liked it when you had vero or cree. Lol its getting pretty spread out now

If you want to get growing and not deal with DIY, definitely check out Amare Technologies. Lots of proof with real grows on RIU. 3-4 Pro4s would do you extremely good product\

That said, they sell out real fast, so get your order in ASAP

Now 5ft height is an issue. Hope you know how to LST and trellis

DIY isn't hard at all. A little time consuming, but totally worth it you can customize to exactly what you want and save some money.
