Pretty sure you need beer .....you could always put a ring of salt around your plants ....they hate that just like snails do until you could get some snail/slug bait pellets .....as far as your plants themselves I'd look into azamax and neem like mentioned above they both were great ....I use them both and alternate between the two if I'm having big issues .......really bad infestation il mix neem and azamax together with a drop off dawn dish soap works great ...always put a drop of soap when your using neem to spray ......GL
