So this is my first grow using reservoir and water pump. In week 4 of flower and up until now everything has gone smoothly ! I'm doing a top feed with half inch line coming off pump into room with spaghetti tubing running to each plant. The half inch line has plenty of fall going back to pump and is at a high point at end of line where its clamped off. I ran my pumps tonight and I noticed after pumps turned off water was still coming out. I pulled hose off pump and it still had a ton of suction. Any ideas of what the problem could be or anyone with similar issue happen to them ?

i'm not understanding the suction. do you mean it was under pressure after it was turned off? are you using misters or drippers? are they clogged?

No misters or droppers just spaghetti tubing. After pump turns off a ton of water keeps coming out. Not sure how it could be clogged if all the tubes have running through them

You could also just poke a small hole in your tubing, just above the high water line in your res. It will squirt a little water when the pump is on but qhen it turns off it will suck air and break the vaccum that drives the siphon.

And its free...

That's AWESOME man and thanks for your help. I went to store and bought 2 quarter inch elbows and poked hole in tubing. The water shoots back in reservoir and when the pump turns off the water stops immediately
