Eso's grow (sour kosher, 5th element,blue dream)

How's is going RIU. I've been away for a bit due to moving out west. For now I'm stuck in an small apartment while I work on buying a crib. My last chop was nov or dec last year and I've been puffing on the bud from my last couple of grows I posted on RIU. Well my stash is getting low and it's time to grow!

I decided to start two freebies from the tude or the choice:
1 x sour kosher by dna seeds
1 x 5th element by elemental seeds
Here they are at about 5-7 days after popping out tupur mix. (5th on left sour kosher on right)

I also had started a blue dream by hso seed, I bought three, but the 1st one didn't pop so I had to start another one. The second seed popped and a day after it popped out a soil a tiny little sprout showed up, I took a picture of it but lost the picture. The plant is about 5 days behind the other two and also started off really slow but it is finally coming along.

Here are the plants about 9/7/16. Not sure about dates but the most current picture will be from today.
Sour kosher on the left and 5th on the right. Funny because the 5th element was chosen for this run because I love that cheesy movie!

The 5th element is stinking just like skunk, she has a really strong odor already which is cool but also not cool, lol. I'd like to find an kosher leaning SK and a blackberry leaning 5th but no need to jinx myself.

Here is the BD. Both her and the Sk have no smell really, that or the 5th is just skunking them out.

Oh yeah I forgot the details. I'm vegging under a 2ft four bulb t5 and will probably flower in a small tent possibly 3x3 or 2.5' x 2.5' with an 250w-400w hps. I'm using tupur by royal gold and pbp with cal/mag in tap water.

And this is the picture from today. (From the left: sour kosher, 5th, and blue dream) Topped both the SK and 5th

By all means pull up a chair and spark a joint. I made the move to Oregon and I love this place. The mountains the land, you know what I'm saying being in colorado. Cheers man and glad to have your company.

Damn, Oregon is the next stop brother! Always wanted to be in the PNW. Probably stay here for awhile though, plenty yet to see and do here in Colorado. And yes I humbly agree about Colorado. It's only been about 2 months but every day I remark to myself how much I love this place. The women are absolutely gorgeous I can't get over it, lol. Someone also told me there's some mountains??? Haha

Transplanted the girls into gallon fabric pots and I ordered a 3x3 tent but it won't be here till next wee. I'm gonna pick up a 250/400 digital ballast with a 250w MH and 400w hps lamp. I already have a hood and a 4" can fan and carb fitler

I kind of regret starting three seeds, especially the blue dream. I think two would be plenty, so I think I'll just trim them up a bit and keep them tied down well. I might even have to get creative. Till next time, cheers.

I think I topped the 5th element too early and she didn't respond to it as well as the Sour kosher. But the 5th is shooting out some descent side branches. For whatever reason the blue dream and 5th aren't digging the pbp as much as the SK. I'm only going 7.5 ml per gal with 2.5 ml of cal/mag. I'll have to keep and eye on them since the transplant two days ago. After using GH 3 part and flora nova for so many years I'm still on the learning curve with the pbp. Anyway they are still green, just not as perky as I like.

Thanks man. The sour kosher is humming along but the 5th element Has been giving me issues. It started off the fastest and strongest but I think I failed to transplant it out of the cup quick enough. It started drooping after I watered it and since then the top set of fan leaves stopped reaching up for the light like they were previously.

They're in coco mix and the cup would always dry out everyday and never wilted from being too dry. I'd water and the fan leaves would droop, it'd stop drooping after a few hours but annoying as hell.

I'm think plant just got root bound? The 5th's roots were the most complex out of the three. I transplanted all plants a few days ago and this morning the 5th was the first plant dry enough to need watering which means it's drinking the most.

Maybe the 5th is just hungry and wants more than I'm giving, I know the plants need more light because this 2 foot 4 bulb t5 isn't cutting it.

My new tent will be here next week and I'll throw in a 400hps and veg them up a touch before I flower them out. I plan on starting flower first week of Oct. I want some new buds for christmas! Also flower them soon because the blue dream and sour kosher are going to stretch like a mofo! lol

Definitely sounds like root bound to me mate. If it's the one that's drinking the most, she must be one hungry girl!! I'm sure she'll bounce back for you though mate!!

Root bound for sure the girls are back to stretching up for the light. My other mistake was not going and buying a bottle of cal/mag. I have a gallon jug at a buddy's house and kept forgetting to grab it. My plants went a couple weeks in coco mix without cal/mag which didn't help. Now they're in bigger container with cal/mag they seem back to chill.

Tonight is party night so I'll post pictures tomor. By the way that blue dream is starting to pick up a funk of it's own. The 5th and the dream are stinky little gals.

I moved the plants under my 4' 4 bulb t5 because the 2 footer is not enough light. I also noticed some yellowing of lower branches so I bumped up the cal/mag, 2-0-0, to 5ml per gallon and will bump the fertilizer up from 7.5ml to 10-12.5ml per gal. I also plan on getting the pbp bloom as well and start going 7.5ml grow and 5ml of bloom. Or something like that. Anyways here are the girls from today.

I also noticed that when I pinched the stem on the SK I pinched a little hard and split the stem. Doesn't affect the plant but it looks funny.

Man, that is whack with the hole in the stem...just shows how resilient weed is if you can do this to it and it still keeps on trucking! Your girls are looking great bro, on point as always!!

Thanks man. Shit appears to be back on track so hopefully that was the only hiccup with these girls.

The 5th element is living up to the word on the forum, she is one thirsty girl. She is drinking twice as much or twice as fast as the other two. So far I'm digging the 5th, she is the fastest vegger, has best side branching and the dankest smell. The other two plants have poor node spacing which leads me to believe they both will stretch hard in flower so I will be tying them back as best I can.
