There just going to push the industry underground again. I'm down for regulating where you can put a dispensary but my local spot got raided by the DEA for no reason. There going to push out the little growers and keep knocking down doors.
I do like the whole tracking plants and taxes as long as they use them for the right things. It will end up like the west which I do like. I guess in short yes I like most of it.
It passed three fourths in the senate last week. We just need in to pass next week without a hiccup.

How about you?

As long as they leave the caregivers alone and I personally don't need to register my plants or grow with another bullshit government agency I'm good with these bills.

We needed the edible and extract bill it was long overdue. I also think that they should tax and regulate the stores and leave the mmma intact.

Wish I had a armored car right about now, I see major money in that part, but they also made it so it takes a shit load of money to participate in any of it...

I just looked and Michigan hasn't done much in the way of changing the recreational laws for posession or are they just ignoring it? I would be pooping my pants with big plants here right now. I've got one that's hitting 7', well it was before the tornado warnings came out last night, waiting to go see :(. The guys are flying around now and running grids every day. We used to purposely skirt the state 20 years ago due to the harsh laws (think it was life for a pound), would take us an extra 6 hours lol.

Where are you Budley? We have a few cities where if over 21 and on private property you can possess an OZ I believe. Detroit, Ann Arbor, Lansing, Grand Rapids.

We had a few very windy and really heavy rain storms but they came and went pretty quickly. My girl is still standing tall though. I'll take a picture in a few when I get outside.

Mine fell over last week and I left them for the most part and they're doing really well. After a summer of no rain it's now to wet lol. Next year it's chicken wire frames for the ones near the house, the swamp grow kinda tends for themselves lol.
