Thats fucked up, never seen it before. Looks like the stalk is splitting where your fingers are. I'd let it grow some more to make sure that's a male flower before tossing it.

Good i don't get why you tent growers expect everyone in these forums to have the answers to all your problems especially when you put no info about your grow the fact of the matter is no two cannabis plants are exactly alike and they all grow differently in different conditions so there's no way anybody who hasn't grown that strain could give you anything other than a guess because like I said plants do different things in different conditions and the first step of diagnosis is getting actual info not just some picture
