Watering problem.

I am currently growing a plant in a beer cup and I am using 2 scoops of soil to one scoop of perlite.
So their shouldn't be draining issues but whenever I water it, it's so heavy. It seems like the water stays on the bottom and doesn't come out.

I have multiple holes for the water to come out. Any ideas?

Holes get plugged, you need slits, a cut with sharp scissors on the bottom edges of the cup.

You have made exactly 10 threads today edward, why dont you have one dedicated thread for all your easily searchable questions?

that method will get you at least a pound of very shitty stems and seeds., and maybe some of these for flavor . . bro dont listen to anyone. here .... your winning.... must be from colorado? they are on the cutting edge of cannibis cultivations . if i was you i would transplant it into a 55 gal. drum. veg a week and flip to 6 on . 4 off then 4 on . 6 off. and the other 4 put in your window . imo
i see this plant in your future... .
