Need help with outdoor garden

I need some guidance, this is my second outdoor garden.

I planted everything mid may, 5gal buckets with the bottoms cut out, growing in promix, and some peppermint Jim's to help break through the hard soil I have out here.

Here in Michigan the weather's been a little wacky this summer, hot and dry one minute and a week of rain the next.

Its almost September and my plants are budding, my problem is I think everything started flowering in between the last week of July and beginning of August. I have the first of September pegged as the beginning of week 6 for the majority of the garden. I'm wondering if I should discontinue nutes feeding. I pruned them this week, I know most people harvest in October but I'm already seeing the majority of my trichomes as milky white heads and some even turning amber. I know you should harvest based off trichomes so I'm wondering what to do from here.

I'll post each of the plants separate not to get them confused with each other.

I'll begin with the Bubba Kush, I have 4 of these.

@Thoky I'm from Michigan, do you think I should try some auto flowers? How are they with mold resistance?
I had some autos I started at the same time as these and they ended up getting pm really bad. But I also live in bfe and my entire yard gets pm throughout the year.

Are you a uper or somthing? I'm trying to understand why your plants are so far along. Perhaps it's a latitude thing? Michigan covers a lot of territory. Are you actually talking about your plants from last year? I'm growing some critical mass right now and it doesn't look like that, it's just starting to flower. They started stretching about the second week of august.
