So then you are completely off topic. The thread is about Trump's mis-use of campaign funds. Trump is paying himself a 30% premium for his campaign center's rental of his own property. Proving that this is a crime is difficult. If you want to blame Hillary, you are wrong but have every right to be so.

What was your point? That Hillary created a new precedent? Umm, no.

But this thread is about Trump and his raiding of his campaign's coffers for his own gains. White collar crime is always hard to prove. Trump has plenty of other crimes on his head, some of which are proceeding through the court system. There is plenty of time for the justice system to get to this particular crime. If anything is to happen, it will take place years from now.

For now, I'm content with Trump wasting campaign resources on his own bloated self worth.

Do you really think that a man with so little time left, and more money than he can spend, cares about chump change ?

This is the same guy who stiffs people for a few thousand dollars in charges for work done on his businesses. Then challenges them to fight for it in court. He's already talking about doing this to a convention center because the room was too warm where he spoke. There is nothing that is too small for Traitor Don.

you ask a question then give an answer lol

um yes a new precedent was created by Hillary,a president of intent being the #1 consideration of prosecution, the law in question spelled out that mishandling secret info in any way, knowingly or unknowingly was a crime,it also states removing secret papers from secured areas was a crime weather intended or not,the exisisting law was modified ((in prosecutorial theory)) to make allowances for intent, hence a new precedent .

1st year law,intent.

It's been 5 years since I drank or did drugs. I'm as happy now, if not happier, than I have ever been. As enjoyable as it is, it's not a necessity.

The director of the FBI doesn't write law or set precedents. A precedent would have to be set in court or in a court ruling.

But this thread is about the pillaging of Trump's campaign coffers. Trump is over-charging his own campaign for rental space that any normal campaign would never have rented in the first place. Simply too expensive for a campaign's offices.

Traitor Don is betraying his own loyal followers and wasting campaign funds on an extravagance. And I'm content with that.
