I will do that gladly. I was thinkin they both look about ready, but the cola's on the one plant that is yellowing, do not have swollen calyxes like my indoor plants did. I figure I will let them go another week to see if they swell up some more. But I should also take into consideration that I did top that one a whole bunch of times, so the cola's naturally won't get as big I guess. But what do I know, this is my first outdoor grow. I learned this with my first indoor harvest. It came out so tasty and aromatic, and pleasant. I was thrilled.From the close up that I saw, it looks ready... maybe one more good flush (a good watering before harvest insures they are nice and fresh and juicy, it helps them keep their aroma better and stay strong, nicer smoother cleaner taste, especially if you leave as much stem as possible with the buds when you hangem to dry...)
To be honest, I haven't documented these outdoor plants that well. I didn't have high expectations of them, I kinda just put them out to make room for my strong indoor grow, and they took off outside and turned into some very nice lookin ladies. I think I should get at least a half pound off the two outdoor plants. I just have a few pics throughout my journal of them. I don't know which pages exactly. But there are a few of them in there somewhere.
Thanks. Hell yeah it peeks my interest! Shit I got some new seedlings that I was gonna do indoors, but I think I can get one more off outdoors this year. So, when those seedlings are done vegging out they go. I just hate the elements outdoors. Bugs mainly. lol. I know none of my strains, just a general idea of what they might be. I just had a shit load of seeds saved up from herbs I've gotten from the med dispensary. And decided to try my hand at growing to save some money on meds. I figured why not, I have been good at alot of other things I've tried so here we are. I think I did a great job on my first go round indoors. I was very pleased all the way around. So, I guess in essence this is all bag seed. lol. I think one of my outdoor plants is GDP, and the other is some sativa dominant strain. Not too sure what tho, it's just really fruity, and the way it grows I feel it's sativa. Very sweet and fruity.
