99 plant script

Well friends, it's that time of year again to reup on my script. I have always had the "6-12" script and was gonna have my wife get hers so we could have 12-24. I was at my local hydro store and I was talking to my regular guy about renewing this month.

He had mentioned that he had a 99 plant script and was told to tell my doc I only eat the meds and need a alot to make concentrations. He also mentioned that he was raided because his neighbors said he was growing outdoors (he was only trimming). Nonetheless, the cops came and took most of his plants.

What im curious about is, if you have the 99 plant card, Why would they take your plants? Also, under prop 215 the was no limit set for how pay plants you have, but the cities have there own ordinance. I can understand that, but it seems a little fishy. Would you only get a fine? Not get arrested or anything?

I have heard the the 99 script is all full of shit, but at the same time, when your card says specifically that you can only have 6-12, having more would obviously be breaking the "agreement" with your doctor. So really, could you just get the 99 card and just use that as a precaution?

My ramble for the day! bongsmilie

People vs Kelly is kinda what I was getting at. There was never a set limit, I just feel like having a piece of paper, bs or not would still have some legitimacy if anything were to happen, and also help claim ignorance.

The Kelley decision did away with the guidelines for plant number limits stated in SB420. The Supremes said that a patient can grow as many plants as they need "within a reasonable amount."

The "grower's certificate" that some shady doctors sell is a scam, and only takes more money from patients.

Just get your rec renewed, and you will enjoy the benefits for patients after AUMA passes.

Right on, I figured that much. I was always under the impression that there was no limit set in stone for anyone grower.

There are no plant number limits in the original Prop 215, and the Legislature tried to set some guidelines for law-enforcement. Those were struck down by the Kelley decision.

+1000 to you man! Exactly what I was looking for. I already had some assumption of that law, more or less seeking conformation.

most of the new county marijuana ordinances are based on sq ft not plant numbers now. my county is 10x10=100sqft....
All of these new local ordinances were put in place because the prohibitionists in the League of Cities put out the word that if local legislators did not act now they would lose the ability to govern on their own. It was propaganda, and has since been revised.

Some basically it's all horse shit and you can grow as much as you want for yourself as long as it's not some obsurd amount and can be proven that you need that much?

I would err on the side of caution before blowing it up. Sac County Sheriff doesn't care what you do for the most part but the local officers (Roseville, Citrus Heights, Rancho Cordova......) will still chop and fine you. They need a City worker with them but that's easy now a days. No Outdoor Cultivation in the City of Citrus Heights.

Oops haha. I have a few girls outside, but I'm technically in fair oaks.
