Order was confirmed and MO sent 7-13. Two weeks later still hadn't been sent.
If funds for purchase aren't received within a week or so after ordering, order is canceled.
However my order was still active 2 weeks later. Overlooked? Did I make a mistake in the process?

I used the e-mail contact to inquire. Couple days later site said order canceled by customer.
(I didn't cancel it)
Sent MO to same address as previous order.
Of course its possible P.O. stole it. Got lost etc I suppose.
Ive stopped waiting.

If it makes you feel any better I'm still waiting on my order places on 7/18. Contacted dudes as they're usually way quicker and said it would go out Monday ...

Thanks hockeybry2, you will get your souvenirs I am sure and be quite pleased.
This is more about what went wrong than losing the money. I cant or wont blame T.D.T. because I don't know who or what etc.
If I erred in ordering than Id like to know. I want to buy in future but now..

One thing I didn't do on 2nd order was a personal contact!
I just ordered and mailed the MO. My mistake? maybe.
Hey, most or all of us have lost shipments. Just posting this so others follow that advice
Truth is, I am grateful to T.D.T. that's my final feeling really.

That's why I didn't place another order. They take entirely to long to ship. Create so many labels without shipping.

Got a pair of "ship tickets". Seems like they may be slammed busy, and this thread kinda reflects that and this is but one forum... understandable. Keep it positive and put some in the air no green tape so we all should be fine.

3 back to back to back drops I know they're up to their necks in orders. I bet we all receive our gear at the same time.

Same... Everything out of stock Before the drop...everything out of stock at 6 am . I think they're making drops on packs they don't have yet. That's a dangerous game

Wow! wasn't expecting to hear others having delays.
My order confirm said "waiting to be shipped" for 2 weeks.
Wasn't in a big hurry, just seemed strange not to get canceled.
Or shipped.
After inquiring, that got fixed though. (They canceled order)
Wouldn't doubt they are getting hammered with orders.
