They got droopy

Hi guys so i have my two plants in 30 gallon smart pots and when i checked them today they were droopy from beinv underwatered. They are on their 1st week of flower and i watered today and they are perking back up slowly. My question is how bad was it that i let them get droopy from underwatering on their 1st week of flower

I often under water

I urge you to lift the pot b4 watering

Usually once they start the droop is best time to water. It's forcing your roots to expand and find water.

It's not a big deal. First week of flower nothing is really happening besides the plant stretching.
