Mike Huntherz Presents: The Perpetual Variety Good Time Grow Show!

Turns out the Scott's OG Feminized plant went completely hermie on me. Balls all over. I've heard a lot of smack talk about Rare Dankness and a lot of praise. I'm not sure what to think, now. Thankfully not a lot of seeds on other plants, just a couple, but I threw a ton of this plant in the trim basket. I got maybe an oz of danky dank colas that weren't full of beans. Pretty fucking annoying.

I replaced the air filter, and cleaned all fans and surfaces in the tent with a bleach solution before moving HSO Blue Dream, Elemental Honey Bananas and Cream of the Crop Purple Paralysis into the flower tent. I've decided to call that last one "Pied Piper" because I like that name better. And now, the pics. I'm really excited about the three plants that just went in, they are responding to training very nicely.

Update on the run that is curing:

Scott's OG, despite having gone hermie and yielding very little is dank as fuck.
Cheese Candy ain't showing me much, it's aight.

Strawberry Sour Diesel from Devil's Harvest turned out really nice. I only popped one fem seed, ended up with a really decent yield, 4 solid zips, having beautiful aroma, showing resin like crazy, and exhibiting flavors of fragrant fuel and smooth weird fruitiness almost more like Strawberry Qwik than real strawberries. All in all, really fucking nice smoke, about 13 days in the jar. Glad I kept a cut of her, will run it again soon.

Finally getting close to chop time, I'm not sure if I miscalculated dates or what...but yeah I'mma chop on the 1st or so. Pics from Sunday are attached.

The Cherry Bomb, Fruit Punch and "New Blue" Blue Dream are all in the pre-flower tent, getting ready to move under the HPS as soon as there is room.

Here is a shot of the HSO Blue Dream. I am told by all the internet that it sucks, which probably means I don't know much about weed. I really like it.

I took a sample several days back and it smokes great, gets me high as a weather balloon and tastes perfect. She is getting chopped today, at last.

I love shopping for seeds, but occasionally I will be poking around and my tits get in a twist about something. Autoflower seeds. You are not an idiot if you grow autos. With rare exception, however, you are an idiot if you prefer them. Unless a person is growing outdoors in a climate that is hostile to photoperiod strains or you really have a limited amount of time to produce some buds, then having a preference for autos shows me that a person can't, or chooses not to, think logically.

I am sick of wading through the stream of shit auto seeds to find photoperiod plants, the sales numbers seem to indicate a huge number of fucking idiots out there. I'm starting to suspect a correlation between autoflower growers and Drumpf supporters. The feelings that drive people to Autoflowering seeds and Mr. Stubby Fingers are perfectly valid, but the facts and a rudimentary sense of common goddamn decency are contraindications for thinking either one are reasonable preferences to have. I abhor autos, if anyone wants some auto seeds I have a few freebies stacking up. I promise not to judge you for asking.

Hey man, that Cherry Bomb took a while to get going, but she smells amazing halfway through flower, very sweet, tough to describe. Trichomes are much more visible than shown in the pic, I think it will turn out pretty nice.

Nice, she looks really good :)! Looks like you topped for 8 or so colas and tied down? I like the short bushy look of her with nice fat colas, maybe an Indica lean to the leaf shape?

Edit: I tend to share your feelings on Autos as well... To me it feels like anything I do can hurt yields, but nothing really will make em better lol...

I trained her pretty hard after the first topping, pleased with all the tops she developed. She grew weird at first. Definitely an indica-leaning phenotype.
Holy fucking shit, bro..
Haha, thanks, that's sort of how I felt about it.

I just bought HSO's Chemdawg. I thought it was their Chem 4, but this one is the Sativa dominant strain, so it's either Chem D or Chem '91. (They only have those three: "Humboldt seeds is proud to present our Chem#4. This along with our Chem ’91 and the Chem D have their own unique traits. The Chem#4 has rapid vegetative growth with the expressions leaning towards the sativa parentage. Known for vigorous foliage development and deep forest green hues, the infrastructure is supported by long inter-nodal spacing. Though tall and lanky in stature, Chemdawg remains indica dominant.")

So you would recommend defoliating fan leaves?
